Trudi Bannister

Trudi’s takes her audience on a journey combining science and psychology with intriguing and emotive experiences from within her own life.

After decades of researching and practicing in the field of wellbeing, her passion is to inspire people to navigate challenges and change with greater ease.

She speaks of how she has come to know and understand herself more deeply through the challenges and changes she has experienced.

Over many, many years of travelling and living across the world, she has found the way home to herself and her wholeness. Through facing her shadow self, she’s been able to reclaim the parts of her she previously believed to be unlovable, unworthy and not good enough.

As she came through the shadows, she found the light within and is now shining brightly in her own unique way.

Her desire is to inspire others to do the same.

Trudi acknowledges that change is the one constant we can count on to experience in our lives, yet so many of us experience fear and anxiety when it comes to change. Fear of the unknown, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of what we cannot control, fear of taking responsibility for what we can control.

With conscious awareness, we can understand the impact of our thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and gently make the necessary changes in our lives.

Becoming paralysed by our own fears or the fears of others is self-sabotage.

Trudi explains the origins of our limiting beliefs and how we can work to create more healthy beliefs. She describes how our brains are capable of being reprogrammed, our minds are open to change and the cells in our bodies regenerate.

Our capacity for joy and bliss is infinite, as is our potential.

We can either allow ourselves to continue to be negatively influenced by limiting beliefs, or we can consciously choose to reprogram a whole new set of beliefs and step in to the truth of who we really are.

Every single day we get a fresh chance to embrace all that is in our lives.

When we live mindfully and focus on what is, rather than what was or may have been, we are free to truly meet and embrace live where it is. Trudi talks of having strengthened her intuition and having learned to listen to, trust and follow the signs of her inner guidance.
