RETREAT FORMAT DETAILS:

Full day Saturday  10am – 6pm

You’ll be guided and supported to explore your four ‘bodies’ or aspects of your being – your mental, emotional, physical and energetic/spiritual bodies. When these four aspects of ourselves are balanced, we experience holistic wellbeing and feel alive, vibrant and engaged with life.

Through learning of / deepening your knowledge of each body, you’ll understand the characteristics of each body when it is in balance and out of balance. This will help you to see and feel where you need to balance each body so you can retain the feeling of vibrant good health and wellbeing. You’ll gain knowledge and tools to support your wellbeing in each area.

Saturday night 8pm – 9pm

You’ll experience a potent group meditation and ritual to release the old and awaken the new, complete with essential oils. You’ll direct attention and intention toward your deepest desires.

 

Half day Sunday 9am – 1pm

We’ll start with a sharing circle – revise what has been learned, sharing experiences and insights.

I’ll then guide you to plan an intentional life. We’ll workshop simple, creative methods and tools to use when challenges arise, along with ways to truly embrace the joys life brings. With greater wellbeing and balance within, you’ll experience greater flow, peace and joy in your outward life.

ABOUT YOUR RETREAT FACILITATOR – TRUDI BANNISTER

Trudi is a Psychologist, retreat facilitator and educator. She is the acclaimed author of Built for Bliss: The science and psychology of experiencing true happiness. Trudi has lived and worked across the globe, guiding and supporting people toward holistic wellbeing and stepping into their full potential. Trudi lives a blissful life in the south of France with her three children. Her purpose and desire are to support individuals and groups to live truly happy, healthy, fulfilled lives.

All meals and light snacks are included. The menu will be simple, nutritious vegetarian foods.

On each of the two levels, there are two beautiful bedrooms and one full bathroom to share.

Accommodation available: Two rooms with 2 x single beds; One room with a queen bed.
